Stuck in a rut?

Is your training not going well? Do you feel you just aren’t making progress, despite all of your hard work? If the answer is yes, i have a very simple solution for you that you can benefit from right now. This is a realization I have had with my own training recently. I’ve been stuck in a rut, and i thought the solution was to change something… the solution is just to keep at it, the change i needed was more time.

Keep at it, don’t change much.

As long as your giving it your all in the gym and in life, there will be progress… possibly slow progress, but progress none the less. Too many people are looking for a quick solution. They want to keep seeing their newbie gains; well I’m sorry, you aren’t a newbie anymore if you arent making progress seemingly every 35 minutes. You need to just stick with it; Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is your progress.

And if you really feel the need to change something, change just ONE thing… ONE. And it should be a small change. Give your change time  to see if its panning out for you.

Be humbled with the fact that your fitness lifestyle should be life long, enjoy the ride.

Just like a solid investment; Don’t think in terms of weeks or months, think in terms of years and decades. Because as Einstein once said,

“The most powerful force in the universe is compound interest”
